Sunset Pointe Condominiums-Downtown Long BeachThe Sunset Pointe Condos is a luxury condominium complex located at 640 West 4th Street; at the corner of Maine, in Downtown Long Beach, built in 1990.  The complex has a unique rooftop pool and spa with a 360° view of Downtown Long Beach, San Pedro and Palos Verdes, Signal Hill and Hollywood on a clear day.

Sunset views over San Pedro and sunrise over Signal Hill are absolutely stunning from the roof.  The center courtyard has beautifull landscaping, babbling brooks and no foot traffic. What a great condo!  Move in and not needing anything...  it is all done...  Is it true that Downtown Long Beach is becoming the place to be?

Colleen,

Downtown Long Beach IS quickly becoming 'The' place to be. With so much to offer, in an environment where everything is within walking distance and there being, so much of 'everything' is has become a very desirable place to call home for Long Beach residents.

People used to move 'out' of Downtown, now they are clamoring to move 'in' to the area.
