I'm always amazed at what you can buy in your area. The prices have to be the best of any community that is near the water in the Los Angeles area.

Long Beach is the last vestige of affordable beach front and beach close property in Southern California.  The prices here amaze me as well.

5 out of 57 under contract doesn't seem like that much.  Hopefully things pick up soon.

California Visitor, 5 out of 57 isn't very many but is about par for today's market.  Thank you, we are hopeful that things pick up soon as well.
