Buying Long Beach Homes or Condos vs Long Beach RentalsBuying Long Beach Homes or Condos vs Long Beach RentalsDowntown Long Beach Condos
Do YOU Need a Good Reason to Buy Now?
Oh, but this gets better. I searched Google for the Camden Harbor View Apartments, it was quite an interesting trip. ApartmentRatings.com has reviews from many of the residents of the Camden; they are very open and very vocal. If what they say is correct the Camden apparently thinks tenants want to pay high rents to be abused by a terrible staff who doesn't cater to the needs of its residents.
I have an ocean front Alamitos Beach condo listing for sale, 3 bedroom 2 bath, in a gorgeous building that won't cost you much more than that a month to purchase with a fair sized down payment.
Want a real bargain? How about these 2 Downtown Long Beach Condos, Short Sales coming onto the market that are both great and priced incredibly at $260,000 each. At 100% financing the principal and interest payment would be about $1650 per month, plus HOA, tax and insurance, but you would own it and be able to sell it presumably at a profit at some time in the future.
Another fabulous buy; a lovely Wrigley Heights Home, perfect for a first time home buyer, also a short sale, in great condition, which will be on the market in the next week or so for $399,000, at 100% financing the principal and interest would be about $2500. Do you think that you cannot afford to buy? You may not be able to afford not to buy.
