Circle Area home sales got off to a slow start this year with only 1 single family home, 6 condos and 1 duplex closing escrow through March 8. Sales are picking up as we head into the Spring selling season. There are currently 9 homes, 23 condos and 3 income properties in escrow which should provide us with a healthy end to the first quarter of 2010.
At this time there are 8 homes, 15 condos and 8 income properties for sale in the Long Beach Circle Area neighborhood. While the average days on market is reflecting high, the reality is that many of these properties are selling very quickly - when they are priced to do so.
If you are thinking about selling, clean it up, price it right and it will sell.
