Comment from: Diane Aurit [Visitor] Great information for buyers and sellers! You truly are the best source of information regarding Long Beach real estate! Comment from: Dennis Blackmore [Visitor] Laurie, this an oustanding article that we can all learn from - even us REALTORS(R). I look forward to the time I can obtain www.1parkplace.com Comment from: Laurie Manny [Visitor] Diane, I find it curious that Zillow, Trulia and Yahoo do not disclose to the searching public that they do not have ALL listed properties. yet the implication is that they do. It is important that the searching consumer knows that they do not have access to all available listings in their local areas. Comment from: Laurie Manny [Visitor] Dennis, Thank you, the www.1parkplace.com tool is an invaluable tool for we REALTORS(R) to provide to the searching public. Searching on Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo and other sites like these, for the public, is akin to we REALTORS(R) having to search a different MLS for each neighborhood in our market places. Comment from: Kaye Thomas [Visitor] Real Estate is local and what better place to start a search for homes in a partcular area then on a local site. A site like yours offers the consumer a lot more information then Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo or even Realtor.com. A consumer who goes to your site has the benefit of searching information over the last year in detail by looking at your market reports. You won't find that kind of detail on big sites. Comment from: Laurie Manny [Visitor] Kaye, That's 100% correct. Local Realtors who have full MLS feeds are a much better resource for finding homes than any of the big sites with only partial informatiion. Local blogs are a great place for both buyers and sellers to learn what is going on in their local markets. Comment on this article This post has no comments awaiting moderation. |
