Last night I had the privilege of meeting up with several top bloggers from around the nation at the Kya Rooftop Bar, in beautiful Laguna Beach.  The boys from Sellsius, Joe Ferrara and Rudy Bachraty, hosted this lovely get together to celebrate the advent of Spring and the opening of their new Enhanced Real Estate Classifieds site, which is awesome.  The site is destined to be a major success, providing yet another powerful resource to get Long Beach Ca Real Estate listings out in front of the consumer in a big way. 

A fabulously good time was had by all.

Joe Ferrara, a semi-retired, Manhattan based real estate attorney, thinks I can read minds (Ha, an attorney with a sense of humor - finally!).  I thought that was hilarious.  What a pleasure to meet Joe.

Rudy Bachraty has the most adorable little girl.  The proud daddy carrys an adorable video with him to show all (she is just precious).  You can feel Rudys sincerity when he speaks. 

Kaye Thomas, our fun, California born, beach gurl and Joe Ferrara share a birthday. 

Kelly Kilpatrick and Tisza Major-Posner are apprentices in the now famous competition 'Project Blogger', and have become good friends.  Tisza and her husband Mel were holding a sunset blog-a-thon at a table on the rooftop deck, both with laptops poised to report on the evenings events.

Loren Nason wants to know my secrets on how to get to the top of the Google search engines so he can share it with all of his clients.  No secrets here Loren, a lot of hard work and more hours than most days provide.

And the very funny Dustin Luther, who never fails to just crack me up.  If you have not had the opportunity to attend one of Dustins blogging seminars you are missing out on an incredible opportunity.  This guy can talk up a storm, in front of an audience or on a blog, and he knows what he is talking about folks.
