New uses for the Motorized Pool Lounger

Excalibur Electronics designed a neat new toy, the Motorized Pool Lounger.

Toys for the rich and famous

I know this toy was designed for use in a pool, however the more adventurous side of me wonders how it would fare in our waves here in surf city?  So lets say you go ahead and install a seat belt, replace the fans with some sort of James Bond type rocket gadget and head out into the deep blue with the surfers, what's the worst that could happen?  Capsize?  I don't know the wild ride sounds like a lot of fun, but then I always enjoyed a wild ride.  The motors might not like the salt water, but oh what a memory you would have.

Hey if Tom Hanks had this in Castaway, or if Gilligan and the crew had one of these they may not have been gone so long.
